OUT OF QUARANTINE AND BACK HOME!
March 23 Jason was released after his 30
quarantine days in Sydney,
and he's now back home and very much enjoying his freedom,
which can clearly be seen from the pictures below:
A very sad farewell to Jason at the Stockholm
Airport, February 19th 2001,
when Jason stepped back into the crate, in which he arrived here 15 months ago.
We have had an unbelievably good time together - the gap he leaves can never be
filled.
It's a relief to know that he arrived safely in Sydney after the long flight,
and we wish him all the best in his native country down under.
Again we want to thank Lee and Frank Pieterse
for trusting us
with this precious whippet. It's not an exaggeration to say
that he has been on everyone's lips during his stay in this part of the world,
and we do, indeed, appreciate that so many judges and breeders have liked him.
Luckily Jason has left behind him an amazing
bunch of promising progeny,
which hopefully will keep him remembered for many years to come.
