on grass and in sunshine, well looked after by their mother.

UPDATE June 23
In the middle of trying to take pictures of Taksi's present
litter
we must brag about her daughter Airescot Splendid Sunday winning CC, CACIB and
BOB
at the Finnish KC International Show in Rovaniemi yesterday.
Just over 15 months old she is by Airescot Broadway and is owned by UllaBritta
Ideryd, Sweden.
She was handled by UllaBritta's daughter Anna, also for the lovely picture below,
taken by UllaBritta.

UPDATE May 30
Yesterday, May 29, Taksi gave birth to her litter by Ch
Wolf Tone Viking.
In 2½ hour she produced eight lovely puppies, 1 male and 7 bitches,
quite unbelievable these days when so many more dog puppies than bitches seem to
be born.
Taksi is a lovely brood bitch and we hope that these
puppies will have inherited her skill in this branch.
As you can see from the snapshot below, taken this morning,
the colour of the puppies is very varying.

UPDATE May 4
"Taksi" declares herself definitely in whelp!

UPDATE April 1
This is not an April Fools' joke, but the
plain truth:
March 28 Taksi, Ch Collooney Winner Takes It All, was
bred to Ch Wolf Tone Viking.
Viking is the sire of many successful
Whippets spread around the world
and Taksi is already the dam of two wonderful litters.
Below you'll find the pedigree of this litter, which is expected in the
beginning of June.
If you would be interested in a puppy from this combination, please send a mail to

Dam of the puppies is the lovely silver
fawn bitch GB & Irish Ch Collooney Silver Silas,
another daughter of the top producing Ch Rum Punch of Falconcrag.
The pictures below were taken by Marika Bäckström when "Jill" won
CC and BOB at the Belfast Championship show in September 2003,
only three months after giving birth to this litter of 1 male and 7 bitches.

This was Ken Bounden's critique in the English dog papers after giving her BOB at Belfast:
"Made my day, for she is exquisite. So
feminine with flowing lines, each part making for
beautiful whole. Beautiful head with skull and expression filling the bill.
Crested neck
running into well laid shoulders, ideal length to height. Conformation all that
could be
desired. Balanced and teeming with quality she has reach in her stride. A gem.
CC and BOB."
Only a week later Mary Lowe judged the
bitches at the South Yorkshire Whippet Club
Championship Show and gave the Res. CC to "Jill" from a huge entry.
This was her critique:
"Coulter's Collooney Silver Silas, pale
fawn, another Rum Punch daughter
of the same lovely type I found myself putting up all day, lovely balanced bitch
of quality, loved her head & expression, beautiful outline & sound
movement,
again could have been in harder condition. RCC."
