"Blinker" is the only Rotherwood Deerhound ever imported to Scandinavia.
He was an elegant dog with a sweet character.
In spite of his tragical early death he managed to put his stamp on the Scandinavian
Deerhounds through the few but successful litters he sired.
"Blinker" was litter brother to the top winning Deerhound in England,
GB Ch Rotherwood Brandon, who stayed with their breeder Norah Hartley,
and mainly through his son, the top winning stud dog GB Ch Kilbourne Shamus,
is behind so many Deerhounds all over Europe.
